How does Episode Master work?

When you start the Episode Master service you install a small software program on your computer. This program works behind the scenes with Patron to send your files to the Episode Master processing center. Once you install it you can forget about it.

In Patron you select the patients and assessments that you want to examine and press a button. This generates a file and sends it to the processing center. Then you use a web browser to log on to the secure Episode Master site using your password. You can view the information on screen and print out reports as needed. It’s that simple.

Using Episode Master daily keeps your agency on the right track, but there is also a wealth of information to be gained from periodic review. Now, Episode Master takes episode management to the next level with the addition of the first of a series of periodic review reports. The Activity and Unrequested Edits reports will give administrators fresh insight into agency performance issues.
