Data entry in Prompt 8 is simplified. Your home health agency can actually pull in pre-entered doctor's orders specific to the patient's diagnosis. Prompt 8's scheduling program automatically schedules any visit frequency that your home health agency has entered. Prompt 8 also prints many types of calendars and nurses notes, which give you up-to-date information for both patients and caregivers. Using bar coded nurses' notes, scheduling is integrated with billing, eliminating the double work that most software packages require. To log a visit as billable, you simply scan in the nurses' notes.

Proper payment is your agency's number one priority. The billing process in Prompt 8 is quick and easy. Our Absent Data Listing program checks claims for missing or inconsistent information that would cause them to be rejected. Prompt 8 sends Medicare claims electronically and will print claims for Medicare, Medicaid, Private, Hospice, IV Therapy, and self pay.
