Now through our association with ZirMed®, a leading claims clearinghouse, your Lewis system can interface with virtually all national private payors.

Patron or Prompt combined with ZirMed

Here’s how Patron and Prompt work with ZirMed to streamline your daily posting routine. Your Lewis system supplies a base form containing the core information needed to initiate your claim. From the ZirMed website, you browse to your base file and click on it, securely uploading this file to ZirMed. Once on the ZirMed site, your claim is fine-tuned to meet your payor’s precise requirements. ZirMed submits your claim and electronically supplies you with the data needed to post your remittance back into your receivables.

With ZirMed and your Patron or Prompt System, you can submit claims to virtually any national payor and create payment and adjustment records in your system’s receivables from the data posted to the ZirMed website.
